Public Register

The Communications Commission Tonga maintains this Public Register as the main page for registers required under the Communications Act and its relevant regulations. The Public Register is intended to support transparency, public access to regulatory information, and confidence in the communications sector.

This page will include, from time to time, registers relating to licences, authorisations, approvals, and other regulatory matters that the Commission is required or authorised to publish. Each register will be updated as necessary to reflect current regulatory records and decisions. 

Network Operators Register

A Network Operator licence authorises a licensee to establish, operate, maintain, and provide telecommunications network infrastructure and related network services, subject to the terms and conditions of the licence and the applicable laws and regulations of Tonga.
